Two people were injured at a Beyonce concert in St. Louis on Sunday night.
The accident happened when pyrotechnics went awry. The pyro, meant for the stage, accidentally spilled into the front row and the two were rushed to the local emergency room.
Beyonce herself paid a visit to the E.R. to check up on her hurt fans.
"She was just very concerned about the people injured in the audience," a hospital rep said. "It was unannounced and we kept it very low-key so that she could spend time with them."
Beyonce was concerned, alright. Concerned that they'd sue her ass!

Her last album has gone triple platnium(3 million copies just in case you didn't know) almost all of her tour stops have sold out. Her last movie made over a $100 Million. Her other album sold 5 Million copies. She had another movie make over $80 Million in the U.S alone. So umm yeah you dumbass I'm pretty sure she has some fans. You need to get your facts straight buddy.
