The fans are fine. It happened in St. Louis, they were treated and released from BJC hospital and will recover. Beyonce visited them in the ER after the show. I expect they will clean up in lawsuits settlements and will be set for life.

It seems to me that the fans couldn't have been hurt too bad. She had to have been the person closest to the pyro mishap since she was the person actually on stage. It obviously wasn't so bad that she felt the need to flinch, much less move off stage. Thus, whatever happened to the fans (who were likely further away from it than her) was probably minor. Although I'm sure they will sue.
Of course, the bright side of this story is that the cameras aren't close enough to focus in on her terrible armpits.
Seems to me that anyone who would willingly go to a Beyonce concert deserves to suffer. That said, she could have acted like a normal human being and tried to help, instead of just standing there.

To the people who didn't know, Beyonce also went to the hospital where the concert goers went to for treatment. She stay with them for about 45 minutes to make sure they were ok. Now how many celebs go out of their way to make sure their fans are ok? I love beyonce!

I was at the concert. She is a pro, she's been doing this for a long time. "The show must go on." No one had life threatening injuries. It really wasn't a huge deal. I happened to be sitting at a vantage point where I saw that something didn't look right, then I saw a couple people being rushed away. I don't think many others realized what had happened. She did the right thing, whether it was to avoid being sued or because she's a kind person, the right thing was to make sure the fans that paid $80+ and didn't see the show were cared for. She visited the hospital. Yes, especially, after the Great White incident, pyrotechnics should be banned at concerts. By the way–she put on a great show. At the end, she did look over to the section and ask if everyone was ok. She knew what had happened–it was obvious by the look on her face!

St. Louis in da house!! 2 kids went to the hospital with minor injuries, one had 2nd degree burns on her foot. Beyonce actually went to St. Louis University hospital after to show to meet them and make sure everything was ok. Both the victims were released this morning. Emma Watson is attactive.

I happend to be at this concert last night. I was in the 5th row right behind the people that got it. I was really shocked at how Beyonce acted like nothing happend. Those flames were fucking hot! I was 4 rows back and could feel the heat. I wish I would of got burned. That would of been great! She could of visited me and I could retire!

If she had freakd ouf because of it, there would have been thousands of other people panicing because of that … she did exactly what she should have done. Very few people saw that happen live , cosidering everything that goes on at a concert.
