Oprah Winfrey's design guru, Nate Berkus, is on the cover of the new, August issue of Out magazine.

It's pretty noteworthy because it's Berkus' first (or one of his first) gay media interviews, if you don't count his interview with Oprah. We kid. We kid.

He sure does look purty on the cover.

      however, he has been very open about his sexuality before. his partner died when they were on vacation in asia when the tsunami hit. he has talked about a few times on oprah, so this really is no big surprise at all.
