The pair where snapped on Las Ramblas in Barcelona, where they are shooting the new pic.

      He's obviously not looking at her breasts. It looks like he's standing a few feet closer to the photographer of this picture (and I'm sure they cropped that evidence out, you can tell from how you can see the cuff of her jeans, yet only 2/3 of his lower leg) and he appears to be taking a photograph and rather fixated upon that.

      If anything, Scarlett is 'perving' on him.
