So we just got a phone call from Avril Lavigne. We told her we wouldn't talk about it. Ooops!

Apparently she called the assistant of a mutual friend of ours and got Perez's number that way.

"I just wanted to reach out to you directly, instead of you hearing from my manager or publicist," she told us. Nice. We respect that.

"I get what you do, but you've just been especially mean to me and it hurts," Lavigne added. "And I hear about it all the time. Journalists always ask me about you in interviews. You don't even know me!"

How do you respond to something like that?

"You just make it so easy sometimes," Perez told her. And she does make it easy. Too easy.

Avril was practically begging, "I wish you would stop writing bad things about me."

Our heart kinda sunk. We felt really bad for her. Then we remembered. She's a douche!

Stop being such a hack, Avril, and maybe then we will be nice.

Several years ago there was a radio contest in my area with the winner getting a chance to interview avril live on the air.
