Thursday night we had the pleasure of attending the opening night of Outfest, the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Film Festival, at the Orpheum Theater in Downtown LA.

We've been going to Outfest every single year since we moved to Los Angeles in 2002 and it's something we always look forward to, especially opening night. It's a whos who of the power homos and the women who love them.

This year, Who's The Boss? alum Judith Light produced and starred in the opening night film, Save Me, which co-starred Chad Allen and Queer As Folk's Bobby Gant

New mom (and our friend) Tori Spelling - Reverend T.S. - opened the festival with a little sermon. Her movie, Kiss The Bride, is the closing night film.

EVERYBODY was out last night, including Judith's Who's The Boss? co-star Danny Pintauro, Wilson Cruz, Peter Paige and the very special DJ for the evening, JD Samson, who just makes us feel all warm and tingly. We have such a crush!

The night was so much fun until this drunk bitch that was volunteering began getting belligerent with Perez. She even shoved us off the stage TWICE for no apparent reason, other than she was drunk. Security eventually escorted that ho out of the building.

And, luck would have it, as we were going through the pictures from last night, the drunk douche (above with horns) was in one of our photos.

I witnessed the whole thing. The reason the bull dyke pushed him off the stage was because Perez wasn't a credentialed press person. He pushed his way up on stage and barged right into the middle of a legitimate journalist's interview with Tori. That writer was from Go! Magazine, a NYC dyke mag, and the bull dyke who pushed him off the stage was apparently part of Go!'s team. She pushed him off stage because Perez kept interrupting her magazine's interview to parasitically glom onto Tori's hip. The dyke's actually wasn't drunk at all when Outfest reps pulled her aside and threatened to have her taken out. I was shocked that a Gay and Lesbian film festival would even think of throwing out a credentialed gay journalist whose interview was being interrupted by a wannabe blogger who's famous for insulting celebrities by stealing pictures he has no right to and scribbling idiotic comments on them. In the end, the dyke stayed, but Perez did too. So Perez lied about her being thrown out (among other things).
