"I work in downtown annapolis, maryland which is where joel madden is from. We
are used to seeing joel and his girlfiends wander around town. Last 4th of
July, hil and joel were at a downtown restaurant. But no one had yet to see
nicole and joel and there +1 together. Wellll, as I said, I work at a clothing
store downtown, and one of the girls, Ally, saw joel and nicole leaving
mcgarveys, a bar/pub type place. We all ran outside to see joel go into the
nearby coffee shop, and nicole ran to the car. Being the fantastic celebrity
stalkers that we are, we found nicole in the car and gazed adoringly. she
looked so cute and was wearing a yellow dress, head scarf, and white wayfarers
obvs. she averted her eyes, but we love her all the same. I bet they thought
they would be away from prying eyes in Annapolis, but no one is safe from avid

However, considering the fact that Annapolis is only about an hour from Joel's hometown it's not that absurd, just check your facts before you report things.

My girlfriends and I were in downtown Annapolis at Metropolitan, very cute swanky bar in downtown off of West Street. We were having a few drinks on their rooftop bar and were sitting towards the back. The back door opened and they bring Nicole and Joel onto the deck. They sit Nicole and Joel right beside us! It was very surreal, but cool at the same time. We had conversations, both were very nice. Nicole was a bit shy and was drinking a bottle of Panna water. Joel was having a beer…I did ask Joel why they were in downtown Annapolis; he said they have a house here, and he wanted a beer. Nicole was wearing a black dress, a bandanna pulled around her hair and flip flops…Joel had a hat on (so no funny hair stories). It was a great night to be out!!
Furthermore, Annapolis does not suck, ignorance is bliss to you….
Um, Joel is from Waldorf - about 30 miles south of Annapolis, which is in an entirely different county. In case you didn't remember, Waldorf is the place Hilary Duff called the "ghetto."

Also, just about every restaurant in downtown Annapolis is a pub of some sort, however there is wonderful dining in these places also. Just because the little whores who work in retail boutiques in downtown only go to bars to drink and attempt to sleep with every guy in the entire city doesn't mean that just because you go out in Annapolis means you are boozing it up. There is a lot wonderful dining downtown so even if Nicole did go to one of these places it doesn't mean that she was drinking.
