You need a degree for design. What these celebrities do is hire a team of designers. From there on they design what they want the line to look like. Then the main "designer" gets to chose what hits the runway. Well, not just her but the other top people in her design team. J'Lo does it the exact same way. She just says, "I want flowy and pretty" and the team designs. She then says yes or no. So, whack. These celebrities can't design for crap. Just another way of expanding their empire and getting more money.
