Ever since she was let go from MTV and Entertainment Tonight, Vanessa Minnillo's been keeping busy….
What has she been doing, besides having sex with Nick Lachey in public? Not much!
On Monday, the party girl and her pop singer boyfriend made their first public appearance since their latest picture scandal, Minnillo's second in as many months.
The pair attended the opening of the Atelier residential towers in New York City.
Hey, if the acting thing doesn't work out, at least Vanessa can always pose for the cover of Maxim again. Something to aspire to!

There is no "picture scandal". They had sex in what was assumed to be the privacy of their vacation residence. The only "scandal" is in the actions of the photogs who don't know where to draw the line between scoop and snoop. There are some things that should be off limits at all times for all human beings and this is one of them.
And lay off of Vanessa. You're behind-the-scenes agreement with the Simpsons is insultingly transparent. Your insistence on giving Nick and Vanessa such negative press leads me to believe that Papa Joe gave you quite a lot in return for your allegiance. Did he get bored with Jessica and do you, too?

I think she is so full of herself! Prior to her first appearance on ET she was in Toronto shopping at a store called Want on Avenue Rd. for a dress. It was prom time and the store was full of girls trying on prom dresses. Vanessa was trying on a gorgeous green satin dress; she later wore on TV for her first appearance on ET. She wasn't wearing any make-up, hair in a ponytail and looked fantastic in the dress. I complimented her, not knowing who she was and she gave me this ice queen look. I told her that it must be a special occasion for such a gorgeous dress and she replied in a condescending manner that it was for a prom. A week later I saw her on ET, recognized her; even though she was wearing tons of make-up, and she was wearing the green dress. I must say that she is much prettier without make-up, softer, perfect skin and looks more Asian. Pretty woman, but needs a major attitude adjustment!!!!

There was no scandal because the whole thing was staged.Ok never paid for no pics…there aren't any other pics.Nick and Van give an interview to OK and they get to use OK as saying they bought the pics.They just about disappeared off the map and had to do something .
