Gary Dourdan's violent attack on a photographer Tuesday night was no isolated incident!

The CSI actor has a HISTORY of violent behavior.

In 2005, Dourdan plead no contest and was convicted of misdemeanor battery for assaulting his girlfriend at the time.

I saw the video and I think the whole thing has been completely blown out of proportion. It's hilarious how the bitch paparazzi was so quick to be up in his face and then when Gary got pissed he all the sudden can't get far enough away. What a bitch. Don't get me wrong, celebs need to accept that they're going to get photographed but the press is out of control, there has to be a limit. Somebody (either a celeb or a pap) is going to get killed before anything is done about this.

If you watch the video and see the pictures taken by X-17, you will clearly see that the photog didn't do a THING to provoke the actor. You can also see that the actor is clearly under the influence of something and left the scene and came back time and time again chasing down the photog on his bike. NOT a guy who is right in the head, if you ask me. And get some perspective…the actor was trying to get into a club well after it closed 3am. WHAT was he trying to get, exactly? Hmmm?
