   I saw them open for Coldplay a couple years ago. Words can not express how bad they were live.

   okay this totally reminds me of jewel when she tried to do a satirical piece but then actually turned into it…okay, the difference is that rilo kiley actually used to be good whereas jewel never really was, but the idea is the same…it's like they TRY to be satirical, but it just ends up looking like they're promoting the same cheap sex ploys of popstars…anyway, like many others said, i REALLY hope this isn't exemplary of the new album…

   are you kidding me? this song fucking sucks.

   i could understand if she were a pop artist, or if they hadn't produced so many amazing songs before the release of this single (and undoubtedly the entire new album), but she actually used to be an incredibly songwriter and lyricist. go watch troop beverly hills and listen to rilo kiley from 2004 and earlier or maybe jenny lewis and the watson twins, and then try and convince me that this song is in any way, shape or form "good music." it's a fucking joke is what it is.

   and it's NOT new jenny lewis, it's new rilo kiley.
