100,000.00 in mortgage payments IS ridic if true. Especially if your kids are grown and leaving. Downsizing is a better move. You can be happy or miserable living almost anywhere. Hell, Perez had his office in a coffee shop.

Well considering they paid $12 million in 2006, the only mortgage in the public records on the property is for $9 million. If they do get anything close to the $18 million I'd say that's a nice chunk of change for a one year investment on a 2nd home.

Hulk was quoted as saying they never truly "moved" to Miami; it was for the show. The homes in Belleair and Clearwater Beach are still theirs and although it was once up for sale, the Belleair home was taken off of the market. I sincerely hope it's a false rumor that they're splitting up - I like this family! (Except for Nick - he's a little jerk)

Ill cut through the bullshit - whatever the 'Hogan's' (Bolea) problems are it is their business. Divorce or family problems are hard enough without spreading gossip about it in public forums.

2. Brooke - She is simply a very attractive girl, too bad she is as high profile as she is - I could care less about her music career or talent. She is a very good looking girl with a fabulous body - he weight can go up, it can go down - she is still attractive, Id would go with her in a second.

For all those who take potshots at her, for her height and looks - it seems like there are alot of inadequate 'men' (boys, actually) - who are intimidated by someone from the league she is in. Actually Hogan owns the House. Unlike other wrestlers, he's managed hes career very well, and has made some smart investments along the way. He also owns a house in Tampa Bay, Bel Air(may have sold it), and other place I cant remeber. Hogan is miserble in Miami, and would rather live in tampa bay.
