Well considering they paid $12 million in 2006, the only mortgage in the public records on the property is for $9 million. If they do get anything close to the $18 million I'd say that's a nice chunk of change for a one year investment on a 2nd home.

Hulk was quoted as saying they never truly "moved" to Miami; it was for the show. The homes in Belleair and Clearwater Beach are still theirs and although it was once up for sale, the Belleair home was taken off of the market.
