Er well…rider is right, those two horses are fighting not "embracing in the night" Plus the artist clearly sucks, those horses are totally disproportional and strangely veined. THEREFORE, I believe good old Johnny is expressing a subconscious fury at his mother. It's always the mother.

P.S. Gotta say it though, this is the absolute gayest horse fight I've ever seen…if I ever see the artist I'm gonna punch him/her/it in the teeth…

I read the blog and the picture was posted one day before his "enchanted" pictures with Alicia Keys…where he is relishing in her beauty and strength..it shows all over his face (like he said…it feels like it looks) he looks happy and good for him. Mijo you missed it, look at the bottom of the horses, on the groin area of the horse there is a dark shadow of a man, you see his head and black shirt. Look at the dark horses tail, it looks like blonde hair- who could it be? Even though the horses appear to be entagled in the top, their most intimate parts are separated. Their embrace is hectic. He is commenting on his relationship with La Jessica. Feel free to consult me on further drawings. I'll do it pro bono.

Well, if you want my opinion, for what it's worth, if you look at the two horses, the white horse is solid whereas the darker horse is semi-transparent. They are definitely engaged in a battle of sorts. This conveys to me: Mayer is represented by the white horse, maybe he has inner conflicts and has to confront/fight his demons/fears which is represented by the darker semi-transparent horse. Hence, a nightMARE. MARE=MAYER. The question is: which one will be victorious? And do you even read these comment?
