You know that old saying, don't judge a book by its cover. Well, we all know Britney doesn't read anything but Us Weekly, and this cover is not looking good!

Trainwreck mode is still in full effect.

Spears sported this look (think high-end prostitute) on the set of her "comeback" music video, shot in downtown Los Angeles on Thursday.

Sources close to the singer are baffled why she is doing this video. "She doesn't even have a choreographer," snipes one Spears insider exclusively to PerezHilton.com.

The former pop star is choreographing the moves to her video herself!

We really do want Brit Brit to have a great comeback. We hope it happens. But we're betting on failure.

Prove us wrong, girl. Prove us wrong!
