It seems like being on tour with Beyonce is rubbing off on Robin Thicke.

The blue-eyed soul singer has become a full-fledged diva!

Robin threw a royal tantrum in the lobby of the Dream Hotel in New York City when he arrived Thursday morning and his room wasn't ready, sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com.

"Hands banging on the desk, yelling at staff in the lobby. It was a scene. Not pretty," shares one spywitness.

Thicke then went to Serafina for breakfast and kept on ranting about his room not being ready. He arrived on the red eye and didn't book the night before so technically the room isn't good to go til 3:00 P.M. Something someone from LA should be well aware of.

Cheap diva!

    Well, maybe he was traveling, was tired and he just wanted to rest, he probably got all freak out when he found out his room will not be ready until 3:00. Which to me it's obsene. 3:00? give me a break!

    I travel a lot and if I'm 10 hours in an airplane I expect a room to crash and sleep.

    Most hotels will accomodate you checking in well before 3:00 p.m. However, to be on the safe side, he should have specified what time he expected to arrive. Banging and yelling is childish and will just make the hotel staff spit into your pillows and pee into your mini shampoo bottles. He's not a big enough star for the tantrum to have done any good.

    I was at the concert front row in Nashville the night before(Wednesday) he was perfectly normally and really chill. And for the comment about Beyonce…when has she acted like a DIVA?? She is talented, beautiful and down to earth. Have you ever seen her whore herself in front of pappo? NO! That's why you always hate on here PEREZ cuz she doesnt strut around LA for attention, like Lindsey, Paris or Brittany.     I'm on the side of the hotel on this one. No hotel wants a problem. I'm sure if they HAD a room they would have given him one considering he is a VIP. No need for him to throw a tantrum at the poor hotel staff. They could have been booked solid the previous night. If a room was vacant (and by the way most people try to leave after check out time) before his arrival, I'm sure he would want it cleaned properly. If he wanted a guarantee, his people should have booked the room for the night before his morning arrival. That is what I do when traveling from LA to NYC. I wouldn't expect my room to be ready until the proper check in time. He should yell at his staff, NOT the hotel's.
