I agree with you that the photos are fair game to whoever publishes them first. If a celebrity (or anyone for that matter) is out in public and someone takes their photo, they (the photographer) should not have sole rights to that photo. That being said, I still think Perez Hilton is slime. Of course I think narcissistic, spoiled, self-indulging celebrities are slime too.

That is the whole reason I signed onto this sight. And to be honest I am VERY VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED!!
