Rehab isn't going to help her - maybe JAIL WILL. Remember her mother saying (on some TV interview) that her daughter isn't one of those girls who stays home and does cross stich (something along those lines)… aren't you SO PROUD now Mrs. Lohan? As for Linds - pay your dues and get off the drugs - you can still party without doing that crap. I really feel bad for this girl. She obviously has a huge problem with being an addict. What's worse is that she has surrounded herself with enablers….including her own mother and family. She once had a bright future and I hope she can get herself together because she IS talented. It's actually very sad that she is 21 and in this situation…where was her mother from day 1 that she ended up down this path? This poor girls life is out of control because of her irrespsonsible and fame hungry mother. Little Lindsay should take a good look at California law before going on her benders…Paris got off fairly LIGHT with her nominal 45 days. The judge could send Lindsay away for longer than that, and SHOULD, as it's obvious that a six week stay in rehab didn't do anything to help her.

here ’s how the story should end:
lost of movies for 3yrs
lost of endorsments for 3yrs
losrt od singing contract for 3yrs
lost of freedom ( see courts)
serve 1 yr in jail for dui and cocaine position ( back to back dui’s )
must watch videos of mangled bodies from dui accidents for -5 hr a day
