Lohan Arrest Fallout: Lindsay Being Difficult!

Lindsay Lohan's arrest earlier this morning did not go without incident. The troubled starlet was busted after police were tipped off that she was involved in a car chase.
Cops pulled her vehicle over and arrested her for driving while drunk and operating a vehicle on a suspended license. Cocaine was also found in the possession of the recently out of rehab actress.
At the time of her arrest, Lohan refused to submit to a PASD - Preliminary Alcohol Screening Device, which is a chemical test administered to determine blood alcohol levels.
Despite that, Lindsay failed a field sobriety test. She was arrested, has since been released on $25,000.00 bail and has cancelled all appearances.

Sad. Whats even worse is even though she refused a Sobriety test, she will still get a smack on the wrist.
If it happened to someone who wasn't famous, they wouldn't be let out of jail and lose their licence for a while.

I think this is sad, but it sucks that people feel sorry for her because she is famous. But if this was you nieghbor, or a stranger who was behind the wheel while driving drunk and injured your best friend or family member…I think she is stupid for endagering her life as well as others and she needs some tough love….basically a whole lot of time in jail, and to be treated like any other inmate!

It probably isn't possible, but LL needs to get away from Hollywood, away from her so-called friends and away from her idiot parents. That leaves… um, no one responsible in her life to lean on, so it'll never happen. She's gonna end up like Anna Nicole Smith, which is tragic because she actually has some talent. Maybe a judge will lock her up for awhile before she kills herself or someone else. BTW, the PAS test is done at the scene when you're pulled over. Later, if you agree, a separate breathalyzer test is done at the police station. If you refuse to take a blood or breath test it's a separate charge because you're required by law to take blood/breath test as part of getting a driver's license — and you still get arrested for DUI based on basic symptoms (stinky breath, glassy eyes, etc.) and failing the field sobriety tests (walking a straight line, etc.) She's officially hosed.

I really hope LL gets some help and straightens up. She's young and beautiful and it would be a real shame if she ends up dead.
