Just hours ago, the actress was arrested for drunk driving. Earlier this month, she finished her second stint in rehab this year.

Making things much much worse, we are hearing that "narcotics" were once again found in Lindsay's car earlier this morning.

The second time apparently wasn't the charm for Lindsay Lohan.
Just 11 days after completing her second stint at Promises Malibu rehab facility, the actress has been arrested for drunk driving. According to broadcast reports, the star was cited for suspicion of driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and possession of narcotics.
The bust took place early Tuesday in Santa Monica, near the intersection of Pico and Main Street. Per NBC's Los Angeles affiliate, police say Lohan refused to take a breathalyzer test at the scene but did submit to one at the station, where her blood-alcohol level clocked in at .12.
The actress remains in custody and bail has been set at $25,000.
The newly 21-year-old singer has been voluntarily wearing an alcohol-monitoring bracelet since checking out of Promises on July 13, though it's unknown whether the device played any part in her arrest.
On May 28 of this year, the Georgia Rule star checked into rehab for the second time for a 45-day sobering up stint, 15 days of which were spent in an extended-care program. Shortly after she first entered the facility, her father, Michael Lohan, told E! Online his daughter was being treated for addictions to alcohol and various drugs, including the painkiller OxyContin.
The early morning arrest marks Lohan's second bust in as many months.
In the wee hours of May 26, the star lost control of her Mercedes SI-65, with the vehicle jumping the curb and smashing into some shrubbery. Lohan was treated at a nearby hospital for minor injuries and, while cops determined that alcohol and other "contraband," preliminarily identified as cocaine, had contributed to that incident, as well, the star was never formally booked.
Until last week.
On July 19, the actress stopped by the Beverly Hills Police Department to allow herself to be officially booked on charges of driving under the influence and hit-and-run stemming from the smash-up. The star was detained for roughly an hour before being released on $30,000 bail. She's due back in court on Aug. 24, though in light of her recent bust, it may be even sooner.
Lohan has yet to be formally charged from the incident.
