Beyonce and her man, Jay-Z, spent some quality time together in Miami Beach on Monday.

On Tuesday, she fell on her face (literally) during a concert in Orlando.

    Most remember back when Destiny's Child performance on BET's 106 & Park when Michelle FELL & Beyonce just LOOKED at her & didnt atleast attempt to help her up. Now shes FALLING on stage by herself…KARMA it ALWAYS comes back around.
