Why did OK! magazine refuse to run the exclusive pictures they took of the troubled mother of two?
It all boils down to the money!
OK! was set to pay Spears a whopping $1 million for the photo shoot and interview. However, because Britney walked out during their shoot and was less than a cooperative interviewee, the magazine now is not going to pay the former pop star anything.
Nada! No money!
And, to make things worse, they're slamming her hardcore in their new issue.

This is my two cents on why shes a mess now.:
Brit has had someone telling her what to do since she was 5 yrs. old or however. She was fine up until she got married. After she got married, he mom stopped telling her what to do, and Kevin was always out partying so, there was no one around to tell her how to act. She doesn't know how to act like an adult, so she started going crazy because people arn't planning her every move for her. Her people let her get outta hand, she broke away and tasted freedom now they have no control over Brit. I believe this because after she shaved her head, she said "my mom is gonna be mad." SHE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ALLOWED TO DO SH*T ON HER OWN! Thats why we have the girl we have now. She has the mentality of a kid, she shouldn't be left alone ever, nor she shouldn't have custody of her children until she learns how to behave like an adult.
OK! magazine is known to be a rumour magazine and since there is no interview and no photoshoot there is no proof this actually happened at all

Dear Perez, as every halfway professional publicist should know, OK! Magazine has enormous financial problems and this is the only reason why the mag had to create a huge story about Britney being crazy. Their aim was to sell as many units as possible to find a way out of their financial trouble which by the way is also the reason why OK! couldn't buy the pictures of Britney that have been taken by a star photographer who was hired by Britney's management.
It's sag enough that there seems no other way to find a way out of money problems for a magazine than inventing a huge fake story about a star who has already suffered enough under the preasure of thousands of rumors in the past years. But it's even worse that you, as a person who hasn't achieved anything comparable to what Britney has in the past is simply taking on and distributing tabloids without doing any research at all.
People will never really know what's going on in the head of Britney and all other celebs, because their not them.
