Beyonce fell face first down a flight of stairs on stage at her concert in Orlando on Tuesday night, PerezHilton.com has learned.

Totally fucking awesome!

Mama went sliding down the steps, flailed around for a moment, scrambled to get her mic (that went sliding across stage), and kept on singing.

Little Miss Armpits fall ended with a gash on her leg, which ended up bleeding.

Sitting down for a song later, she asked the audience if they taped it "not to post it on Youtube".

That shit better be all over the Internets. Like NOW!

      Beyonce seems to always fall down stairs at concerts. I saw her fall flat on her butt at Six Flags Over Texas in 2002 at a concert. She was walking down them when she was with Destiny's Child and her feet went from under her. The other girls kept going and singing and didn't help her up. She got up by herself and went backstage. She returned seconds later or by the next song. I forgot when, but she returned. Why have stairs if you're gonna wear heels? STUPID!
