While it is true that addiction is a serious situation which many people face, not all people are affluent enough to have the resources available to them that Lindsay does. How sad that Dina wants to lump everyone into the same category as her daughter. I think that it is truly sad how Dina constantly justifies Lindsay's behavior, by claiming that as a 'single parent' she is doing her best. Single — yes, Parent, no!

Is this the woman who said her daughter's partying wasn't a big deal? Her daughter has cancelled appearances, shown up late on the sets of her movies, and basically thumbed her nose at the law by drinking when she was underage, driving drunk, etc… Yea - blame Leno who was brave enough to finally call her out on her BS when she cancelled on him at the last minute. I think Lindsay's mom should turn that self-involved finger around and point it right at herself for failing her daughter so miserably. Wow - unreal.

She does not have a point. IF she were truly a concerned parent who had - in an ongoing manner- demonstrated her sincere concern for her daughter's well-being, then one could acceopt that she is making a "point." In this instance, given that she is a publicity whore disguising herself as a concerned mom, she is more concerned about "scoring points" than making a point. Had she not been such an exploitative "parent" throughout, she would not have exposed her daughter to such ridicule. Someone buy that bitch a mirror.

Jay Leno should make a statement that says, "We are dissipointed in the direction Lindsay took by drinking and driving, doing drugs, chasing people, all after she done the same thing a few weeks ago. OMG…. I had the VCR set up to record the train wreck appear on Leno in case I missed it. Well of course when I heard the news that "OOPS, She (no, not Britney, but same difference) did it AGAIN", I couldn't wait to watch the show… I'm just glad that I didn't stop the recording of this show…I didn't even know who Rob Schneider was but I do now… I THINK THIS SKIT WILL BE A CLASSIC PIECE OF PURE GENIUS!!! I actually recorded the show to see Ross "The Intern" Mathews piece from Co-Hosting The View last week… Boy did I get my moneys worth.
