As we were the first to report, Barbara Walters will definitely be hiring two new co-hosts for The View this coming season, and one of those will most likely be Whoopi Goldberg.

Who is the top contender for the second slot? The New York Post is reporting that it's between Kathy Griffin and Sherry Shepherd.

Hmmmm.

We still wish a Latina would have joined the ladies this year.

Whoppi is terrible. Much too full of herself. Gayle King was great, a nice successor to Meredith. Sherry is much more normal than Kathy, her one note"D list" joke is getting old.

I would love it if they would hire Sherry and kathy, and not Whoopi. I strongly doubt they will hire two African-American women. They are all good, but the mix of Sherry and Kathy would be much more fun. Whoopi seems a bit too reserved when she sits on the panel.

Well…I don't know who SherrY Shepherd is but SherrI Shepherd has been guest co-hosting on The View for well over a year now.

As for people not knowing who she is…did ANYONE know who any of these people aside from Barbara, Meredith, and Rosie before they hosted on the show? Chill out you idiots…who is making you watch the show anyway?

I like Sherri Shepherd…Kathy is too good to be limited to what she can say on that show. I think she'd find it very frustrating and I also have a feeling she would cause some celebs to not want to come on the show.

Now, if only they can stop Barbara from being on the show. I hate how she lets Elizabeth say whatever she wants now, and then shuts Joy up all the time. It's like she is afraid of another Rosie showdown. All she is doing is pissing Joy off, and inevitably Joy is going to snap back at Barbara or take it out on Elizabeth. That was part of the problem with Rosie - she was fed up of the "poor Elizabeth" Bad Rosie thing. Barbara is doing the same with Joy now,

I think they should put a latina on the show, they already had a black women, a lesbian. Criss Angel Is Recorded Threatening To Knock Out His Producer!

Whoa! Criss Angel is NOT messing around here!

The Luxor headlining illusionist was recorded having quite the verbal altercation with Joe Monti, one of his magic producers on Wednesday, during which Angel is heard threatening to knock him out - and now he's had a police report filed against him!

Furthermore, Monti later said to authorities that he recorded the meeting because Angel has a history of bullying employees!

He explains:

“I wanted him to know how demeaning he was. I created 50-60 percent of the magic for ‘Mindfreak.' I have no reason to do anything vindictively but I draw the line on violence.”
