the woman was a little annoyin, but she was hysterical because someone was chasing her. the person was probably driving at high speeds trying to get away from linsdeys crazy ass. the woman didnt know who the person was. and we still dont know yet if linsday was driving or not, that guy could have been a passenger. apparently there were 2 people in the car with lindsay from other reports. she tried to tell the 911 operator several times where her location was. yes the street names keeping changing its 1:30 am and she's seeding and trying to get away. luckly no one got seriously hurt during this chase.

either way cops are not fucking stupid.. they're assholes, but not stupid. They would not go through the whole ordeal of arresting her for a DUI unless they were certain she was driving. If she wasn't driving, why wouldn't she have said stated she wasn't in that little e-mail where she says(lies) about it not being her cocaine. And why wouldn't Dina Lohan be claiming left and right about her daughter not driving. It's obvious she WAS DRIVING. Why would you call 911…which is meant for EMERGENCY situations…when she wasn't telling the operator where she was, where she was going to or coming from, what the problem or emergency was, who was following her, what he was doing, etc. Who is HE? I thought LiLo was a girl!?! A white GMC…oh, that tells us a lot…Santa Monica and a dozen other streets…not helpful…what's the situation? She was not conveying herself very well at all and she was simply ANNOYING. Pointless. Stupid. This whole thing is whack.

a) It sounds like a man was driving the vehicle, not Lohan
b) It sounds like she was simply telling the 911 operator that they were driving to the police station so that he'd know to expect them. Seems that she thought the 911 guy was AT the station, and she wanted him to come running out to help her as soon as she got there. Hence, she kept telling him "we're coming down right now…we're being followed, we need help…we're almost there, we're on our way". I think that's all she wanted from him: they were trying to get to the station as quickly as possible cuz it sounds like otherwise, she was too scared to stop the car for fear that the man in the white GMC would come after her or something. As soon as she stopped, she wanted the police to be there for her when she got out of the car. The help he was trying to give her and the help she was asking for weren't the same thing; hence the confusion.
c) They had to be driving REALLY fast to get through all those destinations, and I think that's why she was so panicked. She was not just being followed, she was being chased, and quite possibly had to drive a bit recklessly as a result.
