Nicole Is Going To Jail!

Nicole Richie is expected in court today, where she will not only debut her growing baby bump but she is also said to be entering a guilty plea in her in DUI case.

By law, since this would be the Simple Life star's second DUI conviction, she would be required to spend a minimum of five days in jail.

It is quite likely, though, that a judge will wait until Richie has given birth to force her to serve her sentence.

      As a mother of three, I would rather go to jail while pregnant then have to go after the baby is born. I mean, don't get me wrong… either option totally sucks… but because of her celebrity she will probably be by herself (no fear of harm from other prisoners) and perhaps they will even force feed her. Food is good for developing fetus' afterall…

Perhpas it is time for her to leave America and work in the developing world so that she will appreciate what a privledged life she has led.

      I hope she gets more than 5 days in jail!!! A regular person will serve atleast 30 days if it is 2 DUI's within a few months. She was driving in the wrong way on a highway for gods sake. She could have killed someone. Why should she get special treatment when other women who are pregnant even deliver their babies in jail. Send her to jail like everyone else who commits a similar crime.

      Why would a judge wait until she has the baby (if she's indeed pregnant)?? Non-celebrity women go to jail pregnant, some have their babies while they're incarcerated! Why the hell do celebrities get special treatment when it comes to breaking the law? It's JAIL, not a freakin country club with reservations where you can check in whenever you want.

      NICOLE-I love you! Good luck, girlfriend! Keep your head high. All things happen for a reason, remember that! All these people saying you are too skinny to be pregnant. I was extremely skinny when I first got pregnant. I ended up having my son 1 month early, but he still weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces and now he is 6 years old and a beautiful, smart child.
