Britney Spears's former assistant, Shannon Funk, is denying claims that she is planning to sell her story.

"I'm not going to do that," she tells OK! magazine.

That's in direct contradiction to what Shannon told us just 24 hours earlier.

Britney's lawyers must have gotten to her! Good! That lying bitch doesn't deserve any money!
