Kylie Minogue will reveal plans for her new album this week!

And, she is also set to do a "thank you" tour of Australia before the end of the summer in celebration of her 20 years in show business.

We must head down for that!

      20 years of hits!?? thats the lamest i heard all day! she had maybe 2 hits in the 1980s (one of them, locomotion, was a COVER!). then she has had maybe 2 hit songs in ca 2001, cant get you out of my head and the song paula abdul wrote for her. sorry but im not very impressed with her career.

      She wasn't out of the spotlight in the 90's. She was all over the music scene in the 90's in Asia, Europe, and Australia. Kylie is a really successful popstar worldwide even without huge success in the United States.

      Paula Abdul didn't write Spinning Around by herself. She had 3 other guys help her so I'm sure Paula didn't do very much.

      Kylie recorded the song and when it became popular in Australia and the UK, Paula started to get jealous and said Kylie's team took the track from her.

      I love Kylie! She makes enjoyable and easy to listen to dance music but more importantly she has class. I love how she handled her cancer battle in a very graceful and non-vain way. She's been recovering from all the treatments this past year and Perez should have shown everyone how pretty she still is with a more recent pic!!!! Go Kylie, and Robbie, and Anastacia..and all other global superstars to cool for Americans! C'mon people spread your musical wings a bit!

To the people that say she didn't have success in the 90's couldn't be more wrong - from January 1990 until December 1999 Kylie had 17 hit singles in the UK alone 8 of which were top 10 hits and the rest all made the UK top 20. To date, Kylie has had 7 UK no1 singles only bettered by Madonna as a female solo artist. Kylie has had 27 top 10 hits in the UK and numerous other top 20 singles. While her success is not comparative in the US that is because she only released two singles in the late 80's until Can't Get You Out Of My Head. Kylie has shunned the US market in favour of concentrating on the markets where she is a huge superstar in her native Australia and other territories such as Asia, Europe and especially the UK. So, too right she is celebrating 20 years in the industry!!
