   It is common knowledge (at least around U2 circles) that Cruz and many other beautiful women are close friends with Bono and his family…mainly his wife!! To confirm this, the recent photos of Bono and Penelope Cruz with Helena Christensen in the Sth of France also have Bono`s daughter in them!!

   Well done there…nothing like ruining your cred with a bad source.

    Guys, please top saying nasty things about people who did nothing wrong to you.
    I used to come to this site just for fun, but now, when I see how mean can people be, it is not funny anymore.
    I mean, no matter what Bono does, (and all people saying he's been with one starlet or another can't prove it), even if it were true, they should be nasty to him, not to his wife.
    It is not ok that people staying in the front of their computers, no matter how ugly or mean they are, saying "O, she is ugly" by seeing her in just one picture, just for the sick of feeling comfortable themselves. This is really ugly.
    Besides, she is truly beautiful, if you see her in other pictures, and for a woman her age, she looks a million times better than many Hollywood stars.
    About staying with Bono for money… she always said she came from a simple family with a simple life and everything that happened to her, all the fame and fortune, were unexpected. So, you cannot blame somebody for losing their dignity for something they never dreamed of(such as putting up with a husband's affair for money )…
    All these Penelope rumours are false since his family was there, so stop commenting about it.
    When you write something mean about somebody, just thing that person has feelings, too, and it hurts, just like any other of you would.
    So, really, think twice before being nasty just for the sick of it. It is undignifying and it is not worth it…It makes no sense.

    People can be so ugly. And I do not mean the beautiful Ali Hewson nor Bono. In all of the hundreds of articles and interviews I've read or seen of them, I've never heard either of them say a bad word about another. In the public eye, they spread joy of life, family and friends.

And he was hanging out with supermodels a long time before this. And he hangs around with them WITHOUT Ali. I remember once reading about him being in a limo with Naomi Campbell (well after her breakup with Adam Clayton) and Sophie Dahl. And of course, he's been having an ongoing thing with Christy Turlington for years. U2 fans idolize Bono, and see him as some kind of selfless humanitarian is 100 percent faithful to his wife despite being separated from her for months at a time. But the reality is that he gets drunk a lot and fucks around a lot and has an immense, gargantuan ego just like every other rich, spoiled rock star on earth.

    Whether a person is a fan of Bono/Ali or not, they would be lying to say he hasn't done much good in the world. For all of the Aids victims who received meds, for all the families who have food on their tables because of employment from companies like Edun or campaigns like (RED), for all of the thirsty who now have water because of programs like the African Well Fund, etc., I thank Bono, Ali, and all their supporters like Penelope Cruz, or volunteers such as those who work for the ONE Campaign. They're heroes in my eyes.

    I've seen her at the Edun promo in NY. My friend pointed her and told me she was Bono's wife. I expected a gorgeous lady, but she was just an old witch like woman. At first I rarely noticed her because she was too short. I was really disappointed.

    I read a local newspaper review of a Penelope Cruz movie a few years ago and the reporter said she "looked like a skinny, ugly chicken". I couldn't have said it better myself!!!
