      Tommie sucks as a person. When he was living in Atlanta he had a thing for underage girls and used to roofie their drinks and take them back to his aparment and sleep with them while they were unconcious. Nice.

      Tommie is incredible. I got the chance to see him and his lady in Montreal at I Love Neon. He played an incredible set and she never left his side, she had on this insane gold costume. After he played, they danced and were laughing the whole time-just having a great time-so gracious- and really the nicest people ever.
      It's a shame other people have to say untrue things about people because they are bitter.

      I dont' understand why people speak without knowledge. In the liner notes to Tommie's Ultra Rock Remixed CD he says, "Let it be known that all of these remixes and most of my studio work are made alongside Mark Verbos, genius and friend." How can someone say he gives Verbos no credit? They are a production team and make awesome music. This track has Nik Zinner from Yeah Yeah Yeahs playing guitar and Johan from The Sounds playing bass which is also in the liner notes but just isn't bragged about. People need to relax and remember that music taste, just like taste in art is simply opinion and those who do not appreciate it need to stroll on.

      I challenge anyone who actually knows Tom Lorello personally to claim that he is a decent person. I understand that you might get that impression meeting him in passing at a gig, but try being friends with him or working with him for a couple years. Mark could tell you stories that would make you despise Tommie, but he's a nice guy, so he won't. Tommie's total inability to sing or play music will be his undoing at the end of his "15 minutes", at which point Mark will still get work, and Tommie will get the poverty and obscurity which befits his "skill" level.

      No 'Boy about Downtown', not an ex gf, but I know several. He was a friend for a long time. I have watched him go through several pretty, and very young gfs over the years, most as equally unbalanced and narcissistic as the current one.

      Miss Mirror is right, anyone who knows Thomas Lorello on a personal level would tell you he's beastly. He has stabbed a lot of old friends and business associates in the back over the years, and the ones that he has managed to somewhat retain will tell you they know he talks an ungodly amount of smack about people. Go ahead and ask Felix (da Housecat) what he really thinks of Tommie Sunshine. He does possess an incredible amount of knowledge of music and pop culture, but he is unworthy of the flattery placed upon him.

      And Eddia Jamz - Yes, Nik and Johan have worked with Sunshine as contributors, but Mark Verbos is his so-called partner. Funny thing being, Tommie is not very great at creating music, but Mark sure is. Tommie doesn't even own a pair of turntables. I watched someone ask him once why he didn't share the spotlight with his partner a little more, he replied "hey, I pay his rent." What a wonderful personality, hmm?

      Reading these comments and knowing Tom (and Daniela, but Tom for much much longer) personally makes me realize how much ridiculous crap a lot of these "stories" are about celebrities. Maybe not so much the stories, but DEFINITELY the comments. I mean seriously, this isn't even a scoop, its more of a "hey I like this song" sort of article and the comment tree goes crazy with laughable amounts of rumor and hearsay.       For the record . . . My family loves Daniella to death. We also love her parents whom we met this summer. They are nothing but kind and Daniella is a wonderful person. She is Italian if anyone is wondering(She's fluent!) My uncle and her are so cute together it makes me want to vomit when I'm around them. They are like that at home, in front of family, friends, or complete strangers at a gig. They are in love and I can't till they are married. I got a chance to see him spin in Atlanta the other day for the first time in my whole life. I thought it was great! I love his remixes and grew up dancing around the house with my younger brother to cd's he would burn us. I'm not aware of anything wrong he's done or how many people he's pissed off but there was a lot of people there that night who really loved his music.

      Tom and Daniela deserve all of the wonderful things they are enjoying so thoroughly. Tom has worked very very hard for his success, and he has had his share of bad relationships. He has gone from addiction to sobriety and had an amazing life, and Daniela is one-hundred percent real and down-to-earth. I am so happy for them. I hope he continues to write more songs, to follow his dreams, to produce and live and thrive and make the world a brighter, more interesting place with the love of his life. This is only the beginning.
