WTF are you talking about — Jon Voight went on national TV in 2002, not "30 years ago." and sobbed that AJ was disturbed — right when she was in the final adoption process with Maddox. How the flipping hell would he know? He seems pretty pathological to me. Why is everything always about him? Typical right-wing fascist! Ever heard him apologize? If he is cool with telling the world his daughter is psycho why not now publicly apologize and say he was wrong (CLEARLY!) I deplore this type of criticism but just a "for-instance" why not pile on Nicole Kidman? People so soon forget that LESS than 4 years ago, Angelina was standing in front of cameras with her then-husband Billy Bob, declaring to the entire world that they had "just fu _ _ ed in the car on the way here" - then proceeded to make out, all the while dressed like they had just come from cleaning out the garage, when they were in fact on the red carpet. I'm no one to judge, but from what I've seen, this woman has no shame or dignity.

She may deny it over and over again, but she DID cheat with Brad while he was married to Jen. There are two aspects to cheating–the physical AND emotional. Those two were obviously attracted to each other, and while they did not physically act on it, they didn't do anything to stop fostering the growing 'love' either.
She herself in the past has been involved with men who were in relationships, as # 564 stated (which is completely true). So by saying that she would never be involved with a married man is hypocritical of her.
I do agree that what her father did to her mother and children was very cold and hurtful. But then again, what type of woman was her mother?
Angelina was allowed to have her boyfriend move in with her at the age of 14. It's well known that afterwards her teen years were riddled with depression, suicidal tendencies, and mental problems. She's NEVER ONCE mentioned her mother trying to help her during those troubling times. And I don't know about you, but as a mother, wouldn't you try to intervene and help?
She still has problems–by the looks of it–and she needs help for it.
She herself has said that motherhood was an outlet for all the craziness and wildness she has.
Motherhood is NOT something to be taken lightly–personally, I know.
Using that as an excuse to try and smooth down your public image, or for selfish reasons is not acceptable.
And it's obvious by the way she's raising her children. Kids NEED stability, routine, and sameness. They can't be dragged around the globe, being tended by nannies when mommy isn't available, going to school whenever they can, not having the chance to make friends. That sort of upbringing can cause stress and all sorts of problems in kids so young.
Oh, and on a side note–she may gloat about the benefits and joys of motherhood, but she should try raising all of her children single-handedly. Us civilians don't have the luxury and finances to have nannies to look after the children when we're busy. It seems that she hasn't had to do the real hard work when it comes to raising kids.

Lastly, she needs to grow up and get over herself. Whatever problems or issues she has with her father need to be set aside and resolved for the sake of the kids. She's an adult now, she may not be able to forgive, but she needs to make an effort to be civil with him. He is her father after all, despite all he's done. Without him, she wouldn't be here.
