   You know, the one thing I remember about Whoopi comes from an interview she did years ago, where she gave a tour of her home, and the interviewer noted there was a dulcimer in her bathroom. Apparently she sits on the toilet sideways and plays the dulcimer while she poops. Usually that would be just enough weirdness to endear a person to me forever. Unfortunately, it can't counteract Whoopi's chronic boringness. Oh well. I stopped watching months ago, and this sure ain't gonna make me tune in again.

    I think they needed to add a woman of color because the show needs to be balanced for all women and for the occasional male fan like myself and they couldn't have picked a more intelligent insightful African American woman than Whoopi….she's a strong mature voice of reason who speaks her mind…that said I know I'm not alone when I say I'm gonna miss Ro ro and the fireworks she brought. Let's face it whether you agree with her or hate her she got our attention didn't she? I don't think their ratings will be as high but the shows not gonna sink either…barbara's very smart and her concept of throwing different personalities with different opinions have worked for the show for over a decade now. Also, lay off Elisabeth already!! She's not THAT right wing. She came out for gay marriage and deplores homophobia so she's all right by me. I think she's more than just a very pretty face and an amazing set of legs!!!

    The show itself has to go. There's a reason it ain't gettin an emmy. Whoopi won't be able to bring up the ratings like Rosie did. She is too staid and acts white in order to fit in with these ladies.

    If you choose Whoopie, please have her dress appropriately and fix her hair. The show starts with the ladies coming out looking very nice and that sets the stage for a good beginning. Dont you have the Contract with her and you could put this in the contract. She may want her signature look and she can have it on her own gigs. We cannot see her face. I think she will work out but really think she should should be the second co-host and still should looking for another main host. Definitely NOT Kathy Griffin (not intelligent) and although Sheri is good, she and Whoopi's personality do not blend for an every day show. Keep looking, dont be hasty!
