The fine folks at Hot 99.5 asked us to host their Lil' Black Dress Party, and we were honored and are super excited about it.
It's going to be the most fun time! Plus, dad-to-be Joel Madden and his brother Benji will be performing.

Arlington is considered to be in the metro area. It's still not actually WASHINGTON DC but it is the DC area. You know when people say they're coming to Nissan Pavillion which is really far out in Va, but it's still considered DC.

Perez, honestly you can not judge a book by it's cover especially if that cover is the Clarendon Ballroom. It's were ugly people go to mingle with even uglier people. I hope you are at least staying somewhere in the city….the gayborhood is around 14th and P and not one bit ugly. Bring your economist and a formative knowledge of who is an elected official, those are the celebs in the district.

Please don't judge DC based on Clarendon Ballroom or NOVA for that matter. Check out early and head to some of the spots in Dupont. I recommend ESL (secret door beside Mattress Warehouse, no I'm not kidding), it used to be Teddy Roosevelt's house and it's way retro and a great time.
I love everyones positive feedback!! Yes Arlington is technically in VA but you could spit over to DC. And DC is not that bad, it is like any city with it's rough patches… yes there are a lot of conservatives (you will get that in the town where the govt is run) but there are planty of us liberals here too.
