When it comes to Dina Lohan….mommy doesn't know best.

The messed-up mom is being sued!

Orange Oprah was just in court with Lindsay's ex-convict father, Michael, battling over custody issues with their two youngest children, Ali & Cody.

Now, Dina is being sued for fraud in Las Vegas that claims she failed to return $400,000 he lent her four years ago to kick-start Lindsay’s music career.

The plaintiff claims that some of the dough was used to record songs with Gloria Estefan’s husband, Emilio, a producer and music mogul. But Lindsay allegedly bolted in the middle of the sessions when she got a deal with Tommy Mottola's Casablanca Records, which released both of her shiteous albums.

“My clients were out their money,” says the plaintiff's lawyer.

Dina’s lawyer, David Chesnoff, told the New York Post, “You mean the funds he claimed he lent her?”

We hope Dina isn't using Lindsay's money to fight this lawsuit…..but she probably is!

      Lindsay's music is truthfuly pretty good, if you haven't heard it listen to some… don't be a follower or hater… be yourself… Lindsay isa talent albeit you hollywood s in her mindframe right now, but that is a devil she will/will not cure… the album I listen to (confessions) was a sound collection of atleast 80% quality tracks!
