I'm a big fan Perez, but as a liver disease sufferer, I think that this post is in very poor taste. The man is a liver transplant patient, who is on very powerful and harsh medication to ensure that his body does not reject the liver, and one of the many side-effects is "moon face". Posts like this merely detract from the light hearted and funny stuff that regularly make your blog so great.
