    Another example of people becoming famous just because they "said so"…I didn't even know we had American soccor…I think Victoria Beckham is a cute girl and I admit I did watch their special…self-absorbed as it was…and he's easy on the eyes and all….but then so are a lot of folks…and it seems to me he hasn't even played ball since he was here (at least not on the soccor field) so I think their over-rated-ness is mostly due to the North American culture of licking celebrity ass and putting them on some kind of pedestal that God knows they can never live up to. We'll see them both on the Surreal Life, yet another God awful reality newlywed show cheesy hype or worse yet….and mark my words….there will be a reality….cheesy hasbeends return to "Fantasy Island"…..mark my words….you can't call my comments snarky if they turn out to be true…I bet the "lsland" concept is already in the works…thank god for cyber porn which is really the same thing when you think about it.

    Why do you people automatically assume it's a bad thing if Jeter's gay? At 33 years of age, he has "dated" the hottest women on the planet, but he hardly ever dates them for more than a month or two (not counting Mariah and Manillo). Either this guy has a serious commitment phobia, or there's another reason why he's not settling down. He and ARod had 'slumber parties' well into their 20's, forgodsakes! Does this not strike some of you as odd? It seems very obvious to me, but whatever. I'm still a big fan, regardless.

    PH- I don't get the random attempts at outing though, so what if they are both gay, does that make them less able to be athletes? That's just gay, lol. Unfortunately (especially in the current regressive conservative environment) sometimes celebs have to play a different kind of game. Interesting posture of the two of them as well~ Jetes seems to be puffing up to establish dominance while Becks seems quite diminutive and making himself smaller (crossed arms, tight shoulders) suggesting submission… Pitcher, catcher at least in soccer there's always head.
