While several media outlets are reporting that there are some snags in the adoption review of Madonna's little toddler, David, that is not the case, says her rep.

The Queen of Pop's publicist, Liz Rosenberg, just released the following statement to VH1's 24 Sizzler.

"The information regarding the adoption that was reported on Reuters is simply not accurate," assures Rosenberg. "The adoption process is going along very well and according to proper procedure."

Good!

We're sure Madge is a great mum and little Davey is having a much better life being with her!

      I am curious as to what process is being done. The bitch already bought the kid and has him. What's the point now? One usually goes through the entire "Process" BEFORE getting the kid. Hence why Angelina was right when she said Madge illegally got the kid. You know it was true when Madonna didn't retaliate or respond. She knew that Angelina was telling the truth. The whole thing was for publicity. She was so quick to embark on "Baby Tour 2006" making the rounds on talk shows when we didn't give a damn in the slightest. Bet you money that the whole thing will be "Resolved" right around the time her album comes out. She got him to further her publicity stunts and to sell her album that happens to be more urbanely influenced and to sell her story about Milawe'. She wants to be another Angelina.

      Good for Madonna, and Guy. Even better for Lola, Rocco and David, because they are the ones who are the most important in the entire ordeal. If the Malawi government is actually mainly concerned with the welfare of David, and any of their citizens, then they'll look only at the situation and not the drama, and not the graft so sadly common in any international adoption, not just one by a famous person. Hey, I'm a UK citizen, that kid is landed by now and a resident, if they try to bring him back, our government should have something to say, about his better interests, anyway.

      It is no secret that Guy has dyslexia and suffered severe learning disabilities as a child. Their son, Rocco, appears to be on the ADD spectrum. His behaviour always seems hyper active and attention deficit. I wouldnt be surprised if the child is struggling at school, and that is why Madonna has her kids in those Kabbala private schools where there is more privacy and secrecy. Her son has problems.
