With the upcoming season 3 premiere of The Hills just days away, all the "cast members" are making promotional appearances to hype up the show.
Lovebirds Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are using their interviews as opportunities to bash their favorite frienemy, Lauren Conrad.
This is their retaliton (it seems like) for LC's recent "tell-all" in Us Weekly.
Spencer and Heidi were on The Booker Show on Philadelphia's Q102 this morning and they ripped Beef Curtains to shreds!
