   Why does this video make you proud to be Filipino? It's a bunch of inmates or criminals dancing. Where's the pride in that. I think it's stupid whenever a bunch of Filipinos say that "I'm proud to be Filipino" after watching this video.

    Filipinos are proud because even prisoners have something wholesome to do unlike prisoners in the US who just sit around with their stupid gangs, planning on shanking whoever, and trying to rape the prettiest boy around. We may be a bit shallow with how we entertain ourselves like dancing or singing or making jokes out of everything but it keeps US from commiting suicide or having to call our therapist every freakin day like other nationalities who do not know how to emotionally adapt. Lighten up!

    #102, dude… we get hyped because we're hardly represented or acknowledge……… let me give u an example, manny pacquiao…. to actually hear other nationality(s) talking about him, such a pleasure. they're acknowledging our contribution not only to Philippines' society but around the world as well. Manny is a good role model. And so are these inmates, well in some ways.. They may not be all that good a of a dancer, but hey, just like someone said over here, they're not like some of those inmates here in the U.S. thinking about the next pretty boy to rape.

    If you looked at other videos posted by the guy who posted this one, you will see that this is not something made to keep the prisoners busy. They are forced to do this. The have to keep practicing the routine till it is perfect, they get blisters and all kinds of sores on their feet because they have such thin sandles on. They do this to amuse the warden or whoever the ass is, and his friends. Anyone who can say they are proud of that is plain stupid!!!!

    A documentary TV program by Jessica Soho had featured this because it is becoming famous. According to the program, this daily dance actiitivities has contributed for the inmates to become more disciplined and are enjoying this new prison fad.

    Credit should also be given to Byron Garcia, the brain behind this idea of giving the prisoner a fun & enjoyable activity. It's a shift from the ordinary everyday prison activities. It just happened that these videos he posted on YouTube were noticed & swept the web.
