The Anna Nicole Tape Howard K. Stern Doesn't Want You To See!

Howard K. Stern has won a legal battle against a plastic surgeon that is attempting to sell video of the late Anna Nicole Smith getting her boobs done!

On Friday, Stern was granted a restraining order against Dr. Gerald Wayne Johnson, the Texas doctor that performed the breast augmentation surgery on Smith in 1994.

Stern alleges that the now-retired plastic surgery videotaped Smith's boob job without her consent, violating several state and federal laws.

The injunction last Friday, signed by Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff in L.A. County Superior Court, prevents the defendants from “selling, distributing or otherwise disseminating, in any matter of media whatsoever, the Videotape(s) at issue” and orders the original VHS tape and all copies to be returned to Stern.

Hey, speaking of Anna, isn't it time for Larry Birkhead to sell some new pics or videotape of Dannilynne????
