And guys, Kalan's Mom is a cancer survivor. She's doing very well now. She was present at the taping of Down In Heaven, his new single. There's an Etalk clip on Youtube that shows both his parents from just a couple of weeks ago. Oh, Etalk is like the Canadian "Entertainment Tonight."

Firstly…his mother did not die, I am happy to report that she is alive and well. SHE IS A BREAST CANCER SURVIOUR.
