A source at the courts reveals exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Kevin Federline's high-powered attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan (above right), was spotted walking into Department 88 of Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday with documents that may be K-Fed's request for primary physical custody of his two children with the fallen pop star.
Britney will probably greet this news with a couple of Tequila shots and a night out partying on the town with her friends!

It's Thursday and Nancy Grace is talking about Kevin's petition to get sole custody of the children. She makes some good points…. his support money is finished in October apparently (according to the talking heads on that show) He may have SOME secondary gain in this…and… how could a judge remove custody for some of the things she has done… Giving them soda and Doritos is not great judgment, but isn't considered neglect…When she is out partying every night we assume they are with a nanny… and God help those boys that she knows how to prepare a vegetable and make them have a bedtime. Britney has little judjment when it comes to anything that isn't "Me" centered…. but I would bet money that no judge will remove them based only on her recent antics.

I think first of all social services needs to get involved! The two boys have rotten teeth and I’m sure the boys could be in some discomfort with horrible looking bottle mouth they have. I'm sure that they possibly might even need a pulpotomy (root canal) or two. I can say I am bothered by her actions as a mother and she needs pulled her self out of the wreckage. Get rid of all the trashy so called friends that she has and make something of her self other than this POP star bull shit her mother dragged her into. She has sunk into some trashy and drug induced behavior. The judge should assign an attorney to the boys to act in their best interest. How come K-FED hasn’t acted in the boy’s best interest and fix his kids bottle mouth? I also think a child psychologist should be assigned to both children involved. I really think this whole Brittney Spears I want to be a momma stems from some kind of psychological issues that she has. I think Britt’s mother owes it to her grandsons and needs to fix this so called adult daughters behavior.
Her mother created this attention getter and needs to step in with her so called southern upbringing and should just get help for those boys.
