The insane Pamela Bach, is up Shit's Creek without a paddle and no booze to keep her happy.

David Hasselhoff's ex-wife fired Larry Birkhead's equally insane former attorney, Debra Opri, after that ho messed shiz up so bad that Bach lost custody of her daughters, awarding The Hoff with primary care of the kids.

Now, sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Pamela's new lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has just filed a motion - on Wednesday - with the court to withdraw from the Hasselhoff case.

He fired his client!

It remains unclear why Kaplan, who is representing Kevin Federline in his divorce from Britney Spears, terminated his relationship with Bach.

But it probably has something to do with the fact that she's probably a lying whore who probably likes to do lots of drugs. Probably!

      A motion to withdraw does not mean that he "fired his client". That is a standard petition that is filed ANY time the lawyer is not on the case any more for ANY REASON. After my divorce, I released my lawyer and he had to file one there too.
      With her, I could see it being simply a case of not having enough money to pay such a high-priced lawyer. Think about Birkhead's 600k bill…his bill could easily be more than that if she retained him.

      I know someone here in San Diego, who did work for her sister. Pamela's sister says that Pamela is just as bad as the Hoff, but her problem is with pills.
