The person whose car was hit in a minor accident by Britney Spears last week just filed a police report on Thursday against the mother of two.
The former pop star hit a parked car in plain view of the paparazzi and she left the scene of the accident without leaving her contact information for the other vehicle.
That's illegal, Brit Brit!

She then parks, slams her door into the same car, gets out, doesn't even bother to check the other car for any damage, and walks to the front of her own car to assess the damage.
