We're surprised it took them this long!

The person whose car was hit in a minor accident by Britney Spears last week just filed a police report on Thursday against the mother of two.

The former pop star hit a parked car in plain view of the paparazzi and she left the scene of the accident without leaving her contact information for the other vehicle.

That's illegal, Brit Brit!

Yeah, #64… I was also a hit and run recipient. Can you say $1,000 damage for hitting my car (while parallel parking) so hard it CRACKED in another place? Criss Angel Is Recorded Threatening To Knock Out His Producer!

The Luxor headlining illusionist was recorded having quite the verbal altercation with Joe Monti, one of his magic producers on Wednesday, during which Angel is heard threatening to knock him out - and now he's had a police report filed against him!

Furthermore, Monti later said to authorities that he recorded the meeting because Angel has a history of bullying employees!

He explains:
