The person whose car was hit in a minor accident by Britney Spears last week just filed a police report on Thursday against the mother of two.
The former pop star hit a parked car in plain view of the paparazzi and she left the scene of the accident without leaving her contact information for the other vehicle.
That's illegal, Brit Brit!

Watch the video! She not only rams into the car, but she shows absolutely no concern for any damage to that car, asking the paparazzi repeatedly if she damaged her car. She then parks, slams her door into the same car, gets out, doesn't even bother to check the other car for any damage, and walks to the front of her own car to assess the damage. She has got to be the most selfish, narcissistic person I have ever seen. No wonder no decent guy (except the cads she picks up) wants to touch her.

Yeah, #64… I was also a hit and run recipient. Can you say $1,000 damage for hitting my car (while parallel parking) so hard it CRACKED in another place? Just be thankful it was a minor hit and run and not something more traumatic where someone ends up getting hurt.
Did you all hear about her restaurant stink earlier this week? She couldn't find her camera so she CALLED THE COPS and even went as far as to SEARCH other restaurant customers, threatening to have them ARRESTED. Making a MASSIVE scene until the camera was found… in her CAR. Then her whole meal (+4 others) was comped and she left NO tip. What a cheap bitch. Hence the purse, I suppose…
