The person whose car was hit in a minor accident by Britney Spears last week just filed a police report on Thursday against the mother of two.
The former pop star hit a parked car in plain view of the paparazzi and she left the scene of the accident without leaving her contact information for the other vehicle.

It might have been a very smart move. With the paps around, she knew the person would know that she was the person who hit them. It's good that she didn't leave a note with all of her personal information: insurance, address, phone number, etc… that note would have been published by the paps and she doesn't need the entire world having that info!
