Right now no single people can adopt from Russia, China, Ukraine, and there are no countries that I know of that allow single men to adopt( single women, yes) and if he is gay, he'd never pass the homestudy to be able to adopt. Maybe a U.S. adoption would be possible but not international. Sorry Ricky, do your research.
