She can't get a visa for work puroses as she allegedly assaulted a paparazzi photographer outside the Wardour Club here in London back in June - she was arrested and bailed pending investigation. People with criminal convictions - and of course those who have an arrest and pending trial - will struggle to get visas. Britons are allowed to stay in the US for up to thirty days at a time without a visa but they cannot work.
Anyway Lily punched a photographer who probably had his camera in her face, what's the big deal? He should toughen up, its par for the course. If you're going to stalk and hound people and invade their private lives you have to expect the odd punch!
