The British singer just had her work visa revoked in America, for reasons that still remain unclear. Despite that, she is still free to tour all over Europe.

However…..

Allen just pulled out of the Oya festival in Norway this weekend, PerezHilton.com has learned.

No reason was given for her cancellation.
