Every once in a while you listen to a song and you just instantly fall in love with it the first time you hear it.

Dame Una Razon is one of those songs! It's an uptempo, feel-good, foot-stomping jam!

You don't have to understand Spanish to enjoy this tune or know that it has international smash written all over it. And, the crazy thing is that the singer doesn't even have a record deal yet!

When is Perez gonna start his own label? Soon, we hope.

Linda Lopez is barely out of her teens but already making music like a seasoned veteran.

The LA native decided to record her first album in Spanish and she did it all on her own - without a record deal. We always love the industrious types that just DO IT.
