You can't force someone to get help. They have to want. And clearly Amy Winehouse feels like she doesn't need it, yet.
The singer, who suffered an overdose last week, checked out of rehab for heroin and cocaine addiction earlier this week.
On Thursday she was spotted back at home in Camden, North London.
Amy (accompanied by a pal) popped in to a local sweet shop and then a post office to pick up some mail, before heading off for an early evening drink at her local pub.
Hey, at least it looks like she got some new hair put in.
